Tips for Using the Campus Solutions Roster

To view specific information in Campus Solutions:

      • Click the window shade icon in the "FERPA" column to view the student's FERPA-related information.

      • Click the purple play button or "press to hear" link to hear a student's recorded name pronunciation, if applicable.

      • Click the "Grade Details" tab to see the number of credits students selected for the class (applies to variable-credit classes).

      • Click the "Program/Plan Details" tab to view students' academic programs and class levels.

      • See the "Pronoun" column to view students' affirmed pronouns.

      • See the "Status Note" and "Status Date" columns for information about students who've withdrawn from your class with a W grade (these columns don't appear if no students have withdrawn with W grades).

      • To determine whether additional people can attend your class without exceeding the fire code limit, subtract the number of enrolled students (excluding any withdrawn students who still appear on the roster) from the room capacity value. If you have questions about room capacity, contact the curriculum management representative within your department.
