Campus Parking for Meetings

Parking Services has a program where units are provided with kiosk codes for visitor parking lots to accommodate campus meetings.

  • OCG employees can use the parking kiosk code when required to park for meetings on campus.
  • These are not codes for use in the ARCE parking lot.
  • Cost of parking is $1/hour.
    • If a campus meeting will be more than 4 hours, employees should first try to use $5 Daily Parking pass, if available.
  • To pay for the $5 Daily Parking, you will have to reach out to Jessica T. for her P-Card or use your CU Travel Card.
  • The kiosk codes are only valid for employees to park in visitor parking lots.
    • /map/ look up Short-term pay under the parking tab
    • Parking on campus has returned to pre-pandemic levels and there is no guarantee spaces will be available in visitor parking lots.
    • Employees should build in time for finding parking and alternatives should no parking be available, and we encourage employees to carpool or use alternative options to the extent possible due to parking shortages being experienced during the academic year.
  • Parking Services has provided 3 different codes (2 hours, 4 hours, 12 hours). The 12 hour code is unlikely to be used by OCG employees.
  • Employees can reach out to Jessica T. for a code when they need to be on campus for meetings.
    • Alexa and Nicole J. can also access the codes in Jessica T.’s absence.
  • Parking Services has experimented with a number of changes to how parking is being managed on campus, and this program is subject to change at their discretion.
  • Any parking citations received by an OCG employee are the responsibility of the employee, even if using the kiosk code.
  • For Senior Leadership: Senior Leadership Anchor Days are an expected meeting for Senior Leadership, and parking is to be covered by the employee.

Employment Verification

Many occasions require faculty and staff to provide verification of their employment, salary or termination with the University of Colorado. Whether applying for a loan, government programs, housing or other services, CU employees can provide proof of their employment and income history 24/7.

CU has partnered with CCC Verify, an online service that enables organizations such as lenders and government agencies to access key employment data for CU employees. This platform also allows employees to issue verification letters and reports, review their information for accuracy, dispute inaccurate data and control access to their information with security keys.

Employees are not required to establish an account for outside organizations to verify their CU employment information through CCC Verify, but they will need to create an account in order to use the features listed above. To get started, visit theÌý.
