6-Month Post-Graduation Employment Data

Each year the MENV Career Team sends a survey to graduates to learn more about their post-program success. Below is the information compiled from our May 2024 graduates six months post graduation.Ìý

  • Over 40% of graduates secured employment prior to graduation. Overall, 91% of alumni reported that their current position is sustainability-related with that same percentage reporting job satisfaction.
  • On average, alumni's salaries increased by $19,540 after graduating MENV.
    • The median salary before MENV was ~$55,000.
    • The median salary after MENV was ~$75,000.

Specialization Spotlight

  • SOI graduates have the highest 6-month post graduation employment rate at 95%.
  • ENRP has the highest percentage of graduates employed in the public sector at 60%.
  • RSE graduates have the highest median salary at $95,000.
  • SFS has the highest percentage of graduates employed within 2 months of graduation at 83%.
  • URS graduates account for 75% of alumni working in Planning & Sustainable Development.
