Aaron Vadakkan is studying Finance and Molecular Biology. He enjoys biking, cooking, and skiing.
Adin Turetsky is an honors business student pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Business Analytics. He is currently working in finance and business operations for Gusto as an intern. He is originally from northern Virginia but fell in love with Colorado when he spent his gap year in Silverthorne. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, photography, and traveling.
Alyssa Bullock is pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting which she will apply throughout her finance career. She is extensively involved in the Leeds Investment & Trading Group, Investment Banking Club, and Leeds Student Government. Outside of classes and work, Alyssa is an avid reader of classics and enjoys journaling and gardening.
Amruta Kelshiker is pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Leadership. As a sophomore, Amruta interned in the Aerospace Industry at Northrop Grumman, more recently, Amruta interned in SMA Solutions at BlackRock. Outside of the Leeds Scholars, Amruta is an active member of the professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, and is a tennis coach at the Denver Tennis Park. If her free time, she loves to chat, cook, and read!
Anika Knowles is pursuing an emphasis in Marketing with a minor in Sociology and a certificate in Ethics and Social Responsibility. Along with Leeds Scholars, she is involved in community service projects and an active member of Delta Gamma. Last year, Anika had the opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy. She is passionate about cooking, traveling, yoga, hiking, and psychology. One of her favorite college memories was traveling to Iceland with fellow Scholars. This summer Anika was a Marketing and Sales Intern at a marketing agency, Visiqua, within ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ Heavy Industries.
Bianca Rubini-Tapernoux is studying Marketing, with minors in Political Science and International Affairs, and Certificates in Ethics and Social Responsibility and Global Business. She is part of the CU ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ Conference on World Affairs (CWA), where she leads committees of students and community members to coordinate programming fand participates in reshaping the strategic initiatives of the event. Recently, she had the privilege to introduce the Chancellor and CWA’s keynote speaker, which she holds as one of her favorite memories at CU.
Camden Dempsey is a Boettcher Scholar and honors student from Arvada, CO pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Marketing, with a minor in Leadership. He is a long snapper for the CU Football team, and is also involved in the Presidents Leadership Class, CU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, BIG-12 Student Athlete Leadership Team, and is a member of Delta Sigma Pi. In his free time, Camden enjoys traveling, cooking, scuba diving, and learning guitar. His favorite memory from the Leeds Scholars Program is the FGX trip to Iceland during his freshman year!
Carson Bunkers is from Minnesota and is studying Marketing at the Leeds School of Business with a minor in Creative Technology and Design. Carson works off-campus as a yoga instructor at CorePower Yoga. On campus, she is involved in the Women in Business Club and her sorority, Delta Gamma. In her free time, she loves to ski, spend time on the lake, travel, read, and enjoy time with friends and family.
Dante Dino is pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Dante is involved in Leeds Student Government, Delta Sigma Pi, Leeds Consulting Group, and Global Platinum Securities. He enjoys skiing, concerts, cooking, and anything outdoors.
Emma Delich is pursuing an emphasis in Marketing with an Operations and Information Management Certificate. Along with being part of the Scholar's program, Emma is a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. She is passionate about health, wellness, skiing, good music, and spending time with her friends. After graduating, Emma is planning on traveling and pursuing a career in the Wine Industry.
Harrison Cymbala is from Denver, Colorado. He is currently pursuing a degree in Finance and Accounting. At school, he is a member of many organizations including Delta Sigma Pi and the CESR Fellows Club. Outside of class, Harrison can be seen in the mountains on his bike or skis with his friends.
MacKenzie Zapp is part of Chi Omega and loves it. MacKenzie is excited to enhance her marketing skills this upcoming year with her marketing classes. Over the summer she worked at Autodesk as a Business Development Representative within the AEC industry. Additionally, she loves to play soccer, hike, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
Olivia Schmitz is pursuing a dual emphasis in Accounting and Marketing in hopes of becoming a CPA after graduation. She is also involved in the Leeds Honors Program as well as Kappa Alpha Theta. Outside of school and extracurriculars, she enjoys snowboarding, running, and cooking.
Oscar Gonzalez-Moore is from San Francisco and is currently studying Marketing and Information Management at the Leeds School of Business. As a Leeds Scholar, he's deeply invested in discovering various facets of business. This summer, he'll gain practical experience at an AI Health-tech company as a sales and marketing intern while co-hosting his CU Sports-related podcast. An avid traveler and outdoors enthusiast, Oscar relishes exploring new landscapes and experiences. Keen on maximizing his time at Leeds, he's eagerly anticipating the opportunities ahead.
Pria Zaveri is from Littleton, Colorado, and is currently studying Operations and Information Management with a minor in Spanish. During her time at Leeds, she has engaged in various activities with highlights including an entertainment career trek to Los Angeles, studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and attending numerous professional speaker events around campus. Outside of school, Pria enjoys filming and editing videos, running, hiking, and exploring new cultures. She is passionate about mentorship and aims to inspire younger students to get involved. You can often find Pria around Leeds, refereeing IM Sports or enjoying ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ's sunshine.
Rachel Warren is pursuing a dual emphasis in Accounting and Real Estate along with a minor in Political Science. Outside of LSP, she works as a Student Ambassador in the Leeds School of Business. Rachel has traveled to Iceland and Japan through the Leeds Scholars Program. In her free time, she enjoys networking, going to the gym, yoga, eating good food, and chatting with her friends.
Renner Skidmore is pursuing an emphasis in Information Management and Analytics with a Computer Science Integration, a Philosophy minor, and a certificate in Social Responsibility and Ethics. Along with the Scholars Program, Renner is the Co-President of the Sustainable Business Club (formerly CESR Fellows) and a student representative on the CESR Advisory Board. Outside of school Renner is a professional skier and spends his time biking, fishing, and traveling.
Ryan Kane is pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Strategy & Entrepreneurship. Outside of LSP, he is involved in CESR Fellows and the Chi Psi fraternity. Ryan moved to Colorado from northern Virginia seeking new experiences, and spends most of his free time hiking, skiing, traveling, and cooking.
Sarah Rego is studying Finance and Accounting with a certificate in Global Business. On campus, she is part of the Leeds Student Government, the Brazilian club, and Chi Omega. Outside of school, she is a tutor, works for RedBull as a Student Marketeer, and loves to ski. Sarah's favorite thing about Scholars is the First-Year Global Experience class. In her freshman year, she went to Iceland for 10 days after learning about its business and culture and built a tight-knit community in her cohort. She even had the opportunity to be a student assistant for the Tokyo trip next year and meet even more scholars!
Weston Wolkov is studying Finance & Entrepreneurship and getting a minor in Leadership Studies. At CU, he is a part of Leeds Scholars, Leeds Honors, and the President's Leadership Class. Around campus, Weston loves going to the Rec Center and lifting weights or playing basketball. He also enjoys hiking and skiing in the beautiful Colorado mountains. His favorite Leeds Scholars memory is the FGX trip the 2025 cohort took to Iceland. After graduation, Weston plans to start his own business.
Akshitha Bandi is a graduate from Fossil Ridge High School. She is planning on pursuing an emphasis in Finance, Accounting and Business Analytics with a Math minor. She is an active member of Leeds Investment and Trading Group, Leeds Consulting Group, and Delta Sigma Pi. In her free time, Akshitha enjoys traveling, working out, and exploring ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ with friends. Her favorite LSP memory is going to Camp Timberline during her freshmen year and making smores with some of her future best friends!
Albin Halquist is a ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ local pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He is a summer '24 intern at New Harbor RE's CDMX fund. He is involved in the ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ Venture Club and Buffalo Country Swing. In his free time, he enjoys skiing and golfing.
Alex Dattilo is from Centennial, Colorado and is pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting in addition to a certificate in Quantitative Finance and minors in both Economics and Mathematics. This past summer, he worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst for TD Securities in New York. In addition to the Leeds Scholars Program, Alex is also part of the Norlin Scholars Program. He is the president of Leeds Student Government and is a member of Leeds Consulting Group and the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Fraternity. Outside of school, Alex enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and volunteering at the Denver Zoo.
Audrey Deck is an honors business student pursuing a business degree with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting, a degree in Mathematics, and a certificate in Quantitative Finance. She is a founding member of the Kappa Theta Pi - Nu chapter and an analyst for the Leeds Investment and Trading Group. Audrey is from Vail, Colorado, and in her free time enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and cooking.
Austin Marmol is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. He is currently studying Finance with a Computer Science Integration. Austin is a member of Global Platinum Securities and a brother of Pi Kappa Phi. In his free time, Austin enjoys skiing, fly fishing, playing soccer, and hanging out with friends.
Carson Carere is a Boettcher Scholar and Leeds Honors student pursuing a degree in Finance. In Leeds, he is active in Leeds Student Government, Investment Banking Club, and Leeds Consulting Group. Carson currently interns at a private equity firm in Denver and hopes to pursue a career in investment management. In his free time, Carson enjoys playing/watching baseball and basketball, and he has recently been accepted for a Guinness World Record (most baseball bat spins in a minute).
Cat Pham is passionate about start-ups and venture capital. She is majoring in Finance, minoring in Philosophy, and obtaining an Entrepreneurship certificate. She is involved in ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ Venture Club, Leeds Investment & Trading Group, Alpha Kappa Psi, and Scholars of Finance. Cat loves bouldering, painting, and baking!
Charlie Tell is studying Leadership and Marketing. He is also pursuing a Space Minor. If you catch Charlie in his free time, odds are he is either sitting in front of speakers listening to an album on vinyl, or at a concert experiencing live music.
Elena Dunn is from Buena Vista, Colorado, where she honed her passions for helping others, music, and the outdoors. Now, she's a junior in the Leeds Scholars and Honors programs pursuing emphases in Finance (with the Personal Financial Planning track) and Accounting, as well as a minor in Music. Outside of the classroom, she serves as the President of the Music Industry Club and Assistant Music Director of Mile 21 A Cappella, and she's involved in Leeds' Dean's Student Cabinet and Personal Financial Planning Club. She also enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, consuming copious amounts of fictional media, and partaking in stereotypical Colorado-native activities (going to Red Rocks concerts, wearing her Melanzana while hiking or skiing, etc.). She is endlessly grateful for all of the growth and new opportunities she has experienced through LSP.
Ethan Duster is a ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ local pursuing dual degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Film Production. He is actively involved with ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ Venture Club and is part of 14Founders, a student-led VC fund backed by Kickstart. In his free time, you can find him playing pick-up basketball at the rec, snowboarding, and even surfing when he can.
Gabriella Drnevich is from Philadelphia and has a dual emphasis in Operational Management and Marketing with the goal of working in Collegiate Sports post-graduation. She has the Business of Sport certificate along with a Sports Media minor. She works as a Leeds Ambassador and is involved in her sorority, intramural volleyball, and manages the CU women's basketball team! In her free time, she loves to explore Colorado, spend time with her friends, and enjoy good food and travel.
Gwenyth Brass is studying Entrepreneurship and Finance at the Leeds School of Business. She is fascinated by the world of startups and venture capital in the ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ Community and loves to plug into local events. She participated on the Venture Capital Investment Competition team in 2023-24 and led her team to the Global Finals! Gwenyth also serves as VP Finance for her sorority, Delta Gamma. Her favorite CU memory is living in Kitt Central with all her friends in one hall! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, sushi, and pottery.
Harrison Klotz is from Dallas, Texas, and he is pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Communication. Around CU, he is involved in Alpha Kappa Psi, Leeds Investment & Trading Group, the Poker Club, and multiple intramural teams. Outside of the classroom, Harrison enjoys attending concerts, snowboarding, and playing disc golf.
Jaquelyn Spradley is an honors student studying Marketing and Information Analytics with a minor in Studio Arts. Outside of LSP, she serves as the VP of Marketing for Alpha Kappa Psi, is the social media manager for a CPG startup, and has acted in short films for CU Titan Productions. In her free time, Jaque likes to thrift, sew, spend time with her family and friends, and read classic literature.
Jasper Deen is a Marketing major from Manitou Springs, CO. He practices a critical understanding of business and people through his work as a tour guide with CU Student Ambassadors, as a Writing Consultant in the CU Writing Center, and as a sales development intern with ad agency IMM. Jasper wants to use his career to help steer the intersection of technology and culture towards the positive.
Jayed Khan was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and moved to Denver in 2016. At CU he is studying Finance and Economics. He is a student representative for Leeds Student Government and VP of Investment Team for Leeds Investment and Trading Group. Jayed is also a brother at Pi Kappa Alpha. He has interned at Alliance Residential Company as a Development Intern and at Rubicon Technology Partners as a PE Summer Analyst. Outside of school, Jayed enjoys playing soccer/basketball, poker, weightlifting, occasionally jumping out of planes, and eating at Gaia Masala after a night out. His favorite memory at CU so far was interviewing Deion Sanders.
Kate Nam is in her third year at CU ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ studying Finance and Accounting. She’s a Colorado Native who loves the mountains and the sunny days! She is a brother in Alpha Kappa Psi and involved with TedxCU where she recently gave a Ted Talk on utilizing pace to create more confidence in future decisions! One of her favorite CU memories was the Tokyo FGX her Scholars cohort went on. Kate’s hobbies include reading, concerts, and hiking, and she recently picked up the harmonica.
Kate Roscoe is pursuing a dual emphasis in Operations Management and Corporate Finance with a minor in International Affairs and a certificate in Global Business. Outside of the Leeds Scholars Program, Kate is involved in Greek life as a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, works as a Welcome Desk Associate for the Leeds School of Business, co-chair for the Leeds Dean’s Student Cabinet, is a committee member for CU’s Conference, and is a Peer2Peer mentor. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to the gym, cycling, eating new foods, networking, and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite memory from the Leeds Scholars Program is the FGX trip to Japan during her freshman year.
Kyan Nelson is a junior pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Business Analytics with Computer Science Integration as well as a minor in Spanish. He also participates in organizations including Alpha Kappa Psi, Leeds Consulting Group, and Leeds Investment and Trading Group. Kyan is extremely passionate about learning and solving problems and can't wait to incorporate that into his career.
Madeleine Hemstreet is a junior pursuing a dual emphasis in Business Analytics and Marketing. On campus, she is involved in several student organizations including Alpha Kappa Psi, Leeds Consulting Group, and the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility Fellowship. She is passionate about sustainability and travel and enjoys yoga, skiing, adventuring with friends, and trying new foods.
Mason Levy is working towards an emphasis in Business Analytics with a minor in Economics. He is an active member in Leeds Consulting Group and is an incoming analyst at Bain & Company. Outside of school, he enjoys specialty coffee, loves to cook food from around the world, is a marathon runner, and has over 70 total houseplants!
Maximiliano Pliego Mendiola is an honors student from, Mexico City, Mexico, pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting, with a minor in Economics and a certificate in Business Leadership. Alongside LSP, he is an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, VP of Communications for Leeds Investment and Trading Group, and will be assisting other students at Leeds as a Career Peer. He is also involved in Greek life and a member of Phi Kappa Tau. Outside of school, Max enjoys weightlifting, skiing, traveling, reading, trying out new foods, and spending quality time with both his family and friends.
Meghan Fall is pursuing a major in Business with an emphasis on Marketing and a minor in Italian. Beyond her academic pursuits, Meghan is actively engaged on campus as the president of the NMDP club, a mentor for the Dalai Lama Fellows program, and a student assistant for the Service and Social Action LLC. In her free time, Meghan explores the gluten-free food scene in ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ while also enjoying cheering on her nephew at his hockey games.
Natalie Currie is from northern Virginia, and she is pursuing a double emphasis in Marketing and Business Analytics. On campus, she is involved in several organizations including Leeds Consulting Group (LCG) and Alpha Kappa Psi. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, reading, working out, and going to concerts. Natalie also loves to travel and is looking forward to studying abroad during her junior year.
Robbie Neslund is from Wilmette, Illinois, and is pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting and is currently interning at Allstate on the 360 Finance team. He is the Vice President of his fraternity, Pi Kappa Phi, a member of the Leeds Investment Trading Group and the Buffs on Wall Street Investment Banking Club. In his free time, he loves playing basketball, snowboarding, and camping with his friends on the weekends.
Sarah Adams is an honors business student pursuing a B.S. in Marketing, a B.A. in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology, and an SRS certificate. Outside of class, she is in AKPsi, Women in Business, assisting with the Women's Empowerment Initiative, and the CU Gold Leadership program. She also serves as a Leeds Student Ambassador and a mentor in the Peer-to-Peer program. In her free time, she loves to explore ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ, pet all the dogs on Pearl Street, and volunteer in the local community.
Sena Kavi is a ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ native studying Finance and Business Analytics with a minor in Spanish. On campus, she is involved in Leeds Student Government, CESR, and Leeds Consulting Group. Her favorite pastimes include reading, spending time with friends and family, and watching Turkish dramas.
Sofia Gagliardi is an honors student pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Marketing. Alongside Leeds Scholars, she is involved in Leeds Student Government, an active member of her sorority, Alpha Phi, and has conducted research for professors within Leeds. Sofia spent her summer interning in the Investment Office and Alumni Relations at El Pomar Foundation while separately participating in the Girls Who Invest Online Intensive Program. She has a passion for cooking, the outdoors, oil painting, health, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Tyler Tolbert is pursuing an emphasis in Business Analytics and Marketing with a minor in Creative Technical Design. In addition to Leeds Scholars, Tyler is also part of the Leeds Student Government, Leeds Ambassadors, and Radio Club. In his free time, he loves to spend time with friends, DJ, and play basketball. In fact, one of his favorite memories was playing basketball on top of a skyscraper in the middle of Tokyo!
Yash Chapagain is a Junior studying Finance and Real Estate. He is a senior analyst in the Leeds Investment and Trading Group analyzing tech companies. He loves traveling, snowboarding, and recording videos.
Zoe Unsell is a Junior from Colorado Springs, CO, pursuing a dual emphasis in Marketing and Business Analytics. She is currently serving as VP of Education for Leeds Consulting Group, a member of the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi, and working as a Leeds LLC event planning intern. In her free time, Zoe loves to create art, bake, cook, travel, run, and ski.
Adolfo Castro-Cital is a Sophomore in the Leeds School of Business. He is passionate about Real Estate and leveraging his Spanish bilingual skills in the business world. Outside of school, Adolfo enjoys modifying cars and participating in car meets around Colorado. Adolfo is also involved with the Diverse Scholars Community in the Leeds School of Business.
Ava Crowley is from Eagle CO, graduating high school from Vail Mountain School in 2023. She is a Leeds Honors student as well. Ava will pursue an emphasis in Finance and Operations Management and a minor in Mathematics. She is an active member of Leeds Investment and Trading Group and Gamma Phi Beta sorority. Off campus Ava enjoys skiing all winter, hammocking outside in the summer, enjoying a good book, and volunteering at a horse rescue in the Vail Valley. Ava is beyond excited to continue her future with the Scholars program in the next three years.
Ava McCavit is a sophomore at CU originally from Dallas, Texas. She is emphasizing in Business Analytics in the Leeds School of Business with a minor in Spanish. Outside of her involvement in the Scholars Program, she is a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and the Golden Buffalo Marching Band, and she has an on-campus job at the Career Services Office. Ava loves to ski, hike, do puzzles, and read.
Bryce Owen is a graduate of Fountain Fort-Carson High School. He is planning on pursuing an emphasis in Operations Management with a minor in Cinema Studies. He is an active member of the Leeds Student Government and in his free time, Bryce enjoys playing sports, working out, climbing, and exploring ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ. He is very thankful for all the new experiences and friendships he gained his freshman year through Leeds and the Scholars program and can’t wait to see what his sophomore year holds for him.
Carter Dernulc is from Chicago, Illinois, where he attended New Trier High School. He is studying at the Leeds School of Business with a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting. He really enjoyed the FGX trip at the end of his freshman year and loved getting to learn about different cultures. Carter enjoys traveling, backpacking, skiing, and attending concerts.
Chris Rojas is a graduate of Smoky Hill High School in Aurora, Colorado. He is currently trying to find what area of emphasis will best suit him on top of trying to get a minor in Multicultural Leadership Studies. He works for the Bridge Scholars Program, loves playing intramural soccer, and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
Coco Goldman is an honors student from Denver, Colorado, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics. She plans on pursuing a certificate in Social Responsibility and Ethics, as well as a minor in Spanish. On campus, she is involved with the Women in Business Club and Peer-to-Peer mentoring, is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, and works at the Center of Ethics and Social Responsibility (CESR). Outside of school, she loves to ski, hang out with friends, and travel!
Corbin Salinas is pursuing a major in Marketing and a minor in Creative Technology and Design. She is a proud member of the Chi Omega sorority and hopes to join the club lacrosse team this year! This past summer she went on the FGX trip to Tokyo with the Scholars Program and fostered a new love for travel. She extended her trip with her new best friends (thanks to LSP) and went to Thailand! Corbin is from Dallas, Texas, and is so excited for her sophomore year at CU!
Delaney Mosteller is pursuing an emphasis in Finance and Accounting along with an Environmental Planning minor and International Business certificate. In Leeds, she is involved in Global Platinum Securities and Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. Delaney is a Colorado native and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, any spontaneous adventure, watching the sun set, and spending time with friends and family.
Eleni Armatas is a Colorado native and grew up in Fort Collins. She is currently doing a double emphasis in Finance and Marketing and pursuing a Global Business certificate. She loves all things outdoors, especially hiking, backpacking, and skiing. She loved traveling to India with the BEWiT Scholars and cannot wait for this year’s global experience!
Finn Stevens is a graduate of Peak to Peak Charter School in Lafayette, Colorado. He is pursuing a dual emphasis in Marketing and Business Analytics, as well as a minor in Creative Technology and Design, and a certificate in Business Leadership at Leeds, with the goal of pursuing a career in the music industry. In addition to the Leeds Scholars Program, Finn is involved in Leeds Student Government and the Music Industry Club. He also currently does marketing and website design for the Leeds School of Business and Z2 Entertainment. He loves to travel, be outdoors, hang out with friends, cook, and listen to and make music.
Ginger Cusimano is a graduate of Paso Robles High School located in Paso Robles, CA. She was raised in a small town where she trained as a pre-professional dancer for over 10 years and participated in various community events in and outside of school. Ginger is pursuing a double emphasis in Finance and Real estate and a certificate in Global Business. She is also a member of Pi Beta Phi, a sorority at CU. Her best memories were made in Japan where she went for her FGX.
Giselle Wipper is a rising sophomore from Golden, Colorado studying Finance and Business Analytics with Quantitative Finance and Global Business Certificates. Outside of LSP, she has contributed to various organizations such as Leeds Consulting Group, Alpha Kappa Psi, and Leeds Investment and Trading Group. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling. Her passion for leadership and learning drives her to seek out opportunities to enrich her knowledge and understanding of the world while giving back to other communities.
Ivan Holtzinger is from Denver, CO, and graduated from Lakewood High School. At CU, he is pursuing an emphasis in Finance with a focus on Personal Finance. He is intending to pursue CFP certification out of college, with the aims of providing financial services to community members who most need them. He is also pursuing a minor in Creative Writing, with the intent of becoming a published author. His favorite Leeds memories so far have been competing in the Communication Strategy Case Competition, in which his team placed first, and his cohort's Scholars FGX trip to Japan, which he extended solo for an additional three weeks. In his free time, Ivan writes, plays violin, skis, and collects LPs. His favorite class outside of Leeds thus far has been 'Seeds of Revolt: 19th Century Russian Literature.
Ivanna Pliego is originally from Mexico City but graduated from Arvada High School as valedictorian. She is pursuing a dual emphasis in Marketing and Finance. She is a member of Leeds Investment and Trading Group, an honor student, and part of Gamma Phi Beta. Outside of school Ivanna is a supervisor at Walgreens and loves to work out, hang out with friends, and travel.
Joshua Brown is a graduate of West Forsyth High School in North Carolina. He enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, the outdoors, and spending time with friends. Although he does not know his area of emphasis yet, he is excited to develop leadership and business skills through the Leeds Scholars Program.
Julia Bethune was born and raised in Louisville, Colorado. Currently, she is a sophomore pursuing an emphasis in Marking and a minor in Media Studies. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dogs in addition to playing guitar, tennis, skiing, and spending as much time outside as possible.
Katelyn McHugh is originally from Brentwood, California where she graduated from Heritage High School. Katelyn is now a Business Administration Major, seeking a Minor in Global Business, and she hopes to one day attend law school. At CU she is involved in Leeds Scholars, Norlin Scholars, and Women in Business. In her free time Katelyn enjoys dancing, traveling, and skiing. Katelyn is very excited for all that Sophomore year will bring!
Kate Jordan Little is a fifth-generation Coloradan and the 23rd Buff in her family. She is studying Management and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Leadership and a certificate in Global Business. Along with Leeds Scholars, she is involved in the Presidents Leadership Class, and the 2023 Boettcher Scholar class, and is a United States Presidential Scholar. Currently, Kate serves as the Foundation Ambassador for her sorority, Chi Omega, and is a member of the Undergraduate Enrichment Program Service Committee. She is also the Deep Dive Coordinator for PLC and will serve as the Assistant Chair of Student Organization Relations for CU Student Government. Kate is a member of the CU club swim and dive team. Outside of her academic and extracurricular pursuits, Kate enjoys skiing, swimming, paddle boarding, and volunteering.
Keaton Helber, a native of Colorado, loves skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. In May 2024, he spent a month traveling through Thailand, broadening his cultural experiences. Keaton also values spending quality time with friends and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Currently, he holds the position of Health and Wellness chair at the Theta Xi fraternity.
Kira Starick is pursuing a degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate and a certificate in Global Business. She is the Director of Membership for the CU Real Estate Club, involved with the Peer2Peer Mentoring program at Leeds, and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Kira is from Golden, Colorado, and in her free time, she loves travel, Red Rocks concerts, good food, and anything outdoors, including camping, summers in Northern Michigan, mountain biking, and learning to ski in the backcountry. Her favorite Leeds Scholars Program memory so far was hanging out with the Showa University girls in Tokyo.
Lauren Elbert is studying Marketing and Business Analytics at Leeds, with a minor in Creative Technology design. She grew up in Franktown, Colorado, and loves the nature and the people here! Along with the Scholars program, she is involved in the Business and Engineering Women in Technology program, Herd Leadership Council, and Golden Buffaloes Marching band. Sko Buffs!
Lauren Everett is from The Woodlands, TX. She is a Leeds Honors student pursuing an emphasis in Marketing, alongside a second major in Environmental Studies and a minor in Media Studies. Leah Kugel is pursuing a dual emphasis in both Finance and Management with a certificate in Global Business. Alongside the Scholars Program on campus, she acted as the VP of Membership for Scholars of Finance, is an active participant in her sorority, and is a Peer2Peer mentor. In her free time, she likes to travel, cook, go to concerts at Red Rocks, and spend time with family and friends!
Logan Gero is a sophomore pursuing a dual emphasis in Business Analytics and Finance. On campus, he is involved in several student organizations such as Alpha Kappa Psi, Scholars of Finance, Peer to Peer Mentoring, and CU College Young Life. While not in school, Logan is the supervisor and oversees the summer camp at LifeTime! Logan is passionate about travel and enjoys working out, skiing, and adventuring with friends.
Logan Nicoll is an honors student pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Business Analytics as well as a Global Business Certificate. Louis Stempfer is from Littleton, Colorado pursuing a degree in Marketing and Business Analytics. At CU he is involved with Leeds Scholars, Diverse Scholars, and CU Student Government. Maddie Meyers is a Colorado native who is planning on pursuing a major in Marketing with a minor Spanish. She is currently involved in Leeds Student Government, Greek Life (Chi Omega), and Intramural Sports (soccer). She loves anything outside including skiing, hiking, and running! She can't wait for the next 3 years in this program with her best friends!
Michael Ahern graduated from Ralston Valley High School in Arvada, Colorado. He plans to Major in Business with a double emphasis in Data Analytics and Finance. Peyton MacKenzie graduated from Mount Si High School in Snoqualmie, Washington. Now at Leeds, she is an honors student pursuing emphases in Accounting and Finance, with an interest in Forensic Accounting. She spends her free time as a tutor mentor for the Academic Success and Achievement Program, skiing, and collecting records. Her favorite CU memory is the FGX trip the 2023 cohort took to Japan!
Ricardo Orozco is a graduate of Cherry Creek High school in Greenwood Village, Colorado where he was an active member of DECA, NHS, and ALMA. He plans to pursue a career in Finance in hopes of increasing Hispanic presence in the business realm. Outside of school, he enjoys playing soccer, being outdoors, and being active in the car scene. Sayed Ali Mosawi grew up in Kabul, Afghanistan, and moved to the U.S. 3 years ago. At CU, he is pursuing an emphasis in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Alongside the Leeds Scholars Program, he is a member of the Diverse Scholars Program. Outside of school, Ali is a member of the Phi Kappa Tau's National Undergraduate Advisory Board. During his free time, he loves exploring nature and going to the gym.
Shane Lupella is originally from Downers Grove, Illinois. He is currently pursuing a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting with a certificate in Global Business. Outside of school, he loves to climb, hike, snowboard, and enjoys going out with friends.
Sofia Rindone is a Colorado native pursuing a degree in Finance and Marketing. Steel Wylie is from Dallas, TX, and is pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship, Finance and Real Estate. Steel has a passion for business and has started a mobile detailing company, Come 2U Car Wash. He is a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity at ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ. Steel also loves watching and playing all sports, especially golf and basketball.
Sydney Ament loves pushing her comfort zone and trying new things in and out of CU, while continuing to do what she knows and loves; skiing, drinking coffee, listening to music, running, and being outside. She is majoring in Business Analytics with a double minor in Spanish and Religious Studies. Sydney is also a student ambassador on campus, a member of Chi Omega, and extremely involved in YoungLife.
Zoe Cope is a Colorado native pursuing an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Within Leeds, she is involved with the Business & Engineering Women in Technology program, serves as the VP of Finance for Leeds Student Government, is a member of Leeds Investment & Trading Group, and works as a Leeds Admissions Ambassador. Zoe spent the summer working at Bow River Capital as an Investor Relations intern and works as a Grants intern at The Citizens Foundation, the largest independently run network of schools. Outside of school, she enjoys playing the flute, solo global travel, skiing, and spending time with friends.
Alondra Enriquez graduated from Stargate High School in Thornton, Colorado, and plans to study Management & Entrepreneurship at Leeds. During high school, she participated in varsity basketball and volleyball. Additionally, she is involved as a member of Financial Kids Colorado and a student ambassador of Economic Literacy Colorado's Invest in Girls. She enjoys creative writing, watching sporting events, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to being in the LSP and is excited to be a Buff!
Andie Atteridg is a graduate of Monarch High School in Louisville, Colorado. During high school, she was an active member of the High School of Business and DECA leader and secretary and coordinator of the Spanish Honors Society. Additionally, she participated in various high school sports, including 14 years of competitive USAG gymnastics. Outside of academics, Andie loves to spend time with her friends and family, ski, and travel around the world, and she is always willing to try new things. She is so beyond thrilled to be a freshman in the Leeds Scholars Program to explore the world of business and make new friends and connections along the way!
Aneesh Indukuri is a graduate of Cherokee Trail High School in Aurora, Colorado. In high school, he wrestled, threw for track and field, and was heavily involved in FBLA and DECA. He enjoys anything outdoors (especially in the mountains), traveling, playing the guitar, and learning new skills. Aneesh loves nothing more than learning new ideas and hopes to encounter plenty while meeting new people through LSP and studying abroad as a business major.
Arjun Singh Bumrah is a graduate of Broomfield High School in Broomfield, Colorado. During high school, he served as the President of the FBLA Chapter at Broomfield and was a 3-time national competitive event qualifier. He was also part of NHS where he enjoyed partaking in various community service events such as Broomfield FISH Stamp Out Hunger, school soccer game concessions, and helping janitors clean up after school. In his free time, Arjun enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, playing video games, learning about personal finance, and listening to podcasts. He is very excited to participate in the Leeds Scholars Program and is currently planning on majoring in Finance with a focus on the Personal Finance Track.
Breeana Tran is a graduate of Rampart High School in Colorado Springs. She plans to major in Finance and enjoys volleyball, shopping, and dancing. While in high school, she participated in Speech and Debate, the National Honor Society, and many other clubs. Carlisle Wright graduated from George Washington High School in Denver, CO where he participated in many clubs and sports. In his free time, he loves to go camping, hiking, and climbing as well as playing piano. He is super excited to be a part of the Leeds Scholas program and is looking forward to the next few years.
Caroline Sullivan is a native of Fort Collins, Colorado, and graduated from Fort Collins High School. She was an active member of DECA, the National Honors Society, and involved in Peer Counseling. In 2021 she founded Kind Mind Club, a company promoting mental health awareness in teens. Caroline enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, and hanging out with friends and family. She is currently interning at the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce and plans to pursue a degree in Finance.
Emily Madden is a ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ native and graduated from ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ High. At ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ High School she served as Junior Class President and Student Body President. She is excited to learn more about business and leadership at Leeds. Outside of academics, Emily is very passionate about ballet, skiing, biking, swing dancing, and art!
Grace Roscoe graduated from Mountain Vista High School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She plans to pursue Operations Management at Leeds with a certificate in Business of Sports and a minor in Sports Media. During her time in high school, she was a two-sport athlete playing on the Varsity Girls Basketball Team and Varsity Girls Flag Football team. She also participated in numerous clubs such as FBLA, DECA, NHS, and Interact Club. Macy Mahoney is a graduate of Broomfield High School in Broomfield, Colorado. Throughout high school, she was involved in the National Honor Society, Blue Crew, peer tutoring, and was a member of A Precious Child's Youth Advisory Board. Macy was also a committed athlete and competed for her school's varsity track team and volleyball team. Additionally, she competed on a club volleyball team and attended USAV Girls Junior Nationals four times. In high school, Margaux enjoyed participating in four varsity sports: swimming, water polo, track and field, and manager of the football team. In addition, she also earned the rank of Eagle Scout, interned for the CU Football Strength and Conditioning Program, and participated in DECA, NHS, and The Duke of Edinburgh Award Program. Outside of school, Margaux loves skiing, hiking, and traveling. At CU, Margaux hopes to earn a degree in both Business Analytics and Journalism. Mia Rosado graduated from Arapahoe High School in Centennial, CO where she was President of DECA and Key Club and had the opportunity to teach English to Ukrainian students with the nonprofit ENGin. Remy Wolkov is a graduate of Regis Jesuit High School and is from Denver, Colorado. At Regis, she was a part of the National Honors Society as well as secretary of the French Honors Society. Sancia Perakatt graduated from Cherokee Trail High School, where she participated in the National Honors Society, gymnastics, and DECA. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends & family, traveling, music, fashion, exploring new hobbies, and enjoying a good show. She recently completed an independent project to learn about personal finance and investing and is very excited to apply these skills as a business student. Spencer Hays is a graduate of Gunnison High School in Gunnison, Colorado. In high school, he participated in NHS, Science Olympiad, and 4H, and became an Eagle Scout. He spent a lot of his time running cross country and track. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, playing tennis, running, and spending time with his friends. Tayla Martin is a graduate of Holyoke High School in Holyoke, Colorado. Throughout high school, she was involved in FBLA, serving as the Chapter President and District Officer. She was also involved in varsity swimming and track & field, served as a Special Olympics Peer Partner, provided a free tax preparation service, and found other ways to become involved within her community.
