2024 - BioFrontiers sponsored the 鈥淢echBio Symposium 2024鈥 organized by Mechanical Engineering BioF Council Members. It focused on interdisciplinary research, fostering collaborations, and early career opportunities. Learn more about the program here.

2024, 2023, 2022 - The BioFrontiers Crnic Institute 糖心Vlog破解版 Branch hosted the Data Science for Diverse Scholars in Down Syndrome Research (DS3) in conjunction with the annual Short Read Sequencing Workshop taught by the Dowell & Allen Labs. Learn about upcoming DS3 courses .

2023 - BioFrontiers hosted the conference 鈥淭he RNA Worlds: Past, Present and Future鈥 from May 21 - 24, 2023. It focused on the primoridal RNA world, the world of present-day RNA research, the world of RNA medicine, and the future world of RNA. Learn more about the program here.

2022 - BioFrontiers hosted 鈥淭he Nucleic Acids Chemistry and Biomedicine Symposium鈥 to honor the achievements of Distinguished Professor Marv Caruthers with talks about the power of nucleic acid chemistry in shaping the past and future of research, technology, and medicine. 2019, 2018, 2017 - BioFrontiers hosted the Rocky Mountain HackCons where computational bioscientists gathered for talks and to build tools, web portals, and educational resources focused on genomics and bioinformatics.

2018 - 2006 BioFrontiers has hosted a series of symposia based on different research themes over the years. Learn more about the 2018 Regenerative BioX program here.

2016 - 2002 Charlie and Jane Butcher provided a generous gift in 2002 that supported symposia and seed grants for faculty embarking on new collaborations over the next decade and a half. Through this program, nearly 60 seed grants totaling $5.5 million were given to CU researchers across all four campuses and resulted in >120 publications and $26.2M in new external grants.
