By joining this group, you can learn how to manage difficult emotions and life challenges associated with your fertility diagnosis. It can offer a space where you can meet others who are in a similar situation, share in each other鈥檚 journey, and learn from each other鈥檚 experiences.
Learn how to plan meals to reduce stress on your body for more energy, better mood, less sugar cravings and the increased ability to handle daily ups and downs. Hint 鈥� it starts with breakfast! This workshop is hosted by FSAP in conjunction with our partners at Elevations Credit Union.
This presentation will be a book review, by Miranda Hart, discussing the essential, pragmatic, and necessary guide for women of color to become successful in the workplace.
While most of us would claim that we aspire to financial goals 鈥� home ownership, saving for retirement, putting kids through college 鈥� recent studies have shown that a large percentage of people between the ages of 25鈥�40 are deeply in debt, living from paycheck to paycheck, and highly stressed about the direction of their financial lives. Attend this seminar to discuss ways to better control your finances. This workshop is hosted by FSAP in conjunction with our partners at Elevations Credit Union.

This workshop will provide an opportunity to practice plant observational skills, learn some basic botanical lingo and keying, and get acquainted with the plants on campus that are common,widespread, and easily found in many public areas of the front range and beyond.

In this 6 week series, learn and practice several strategies for cultivating a mindfulness practice in the areas of the body, the emotions, the mind, and relationships. Practices will include mindfulness, meditation, cognitive restructuring, emotional awareness and regulation, communication, and movement.
In this active workshop, you will learn how to use routine to consistently tap into three areas of physical fitness (mobility, strength, and endurance) in order to reduce injuries and have a more well-rounded approach to movement.
In this seminar, we鈥檒l discuss refinancing in-depth, including what options may be available to you and when a refinance may make sense during this time of skyrocketing prices and changing interest rates.

Since there are so many ways to get healthy, we鈥檒l brainstorm together multiple options for incorporating healthy practices and overcoming resistance when life throws you a curveball.
