Postdoc Climate Survey Findings (Fall 2023)

In partnership with the university’s Office of Data Analytics, OPA is pleased to present the 2023 postdoc climate survey on the CU ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ postdoc experience.

Project Bridge Colorado invites postdocs to apply to present your research to legislators and the general public at the Colorado State Capitol on March 13. This is a great opportunity for scientists to interact with lawmakers and highlight the importance of science-baesd policies. Applications are due February 2.

This program offers scientists and engineers from a wide variety of disciplines unique opportunities to conduct research relevant to the Intelligence Community.

Research is needed to develop effective techniques that would further improve discussions, particularly between people with initially differing answers to complex, real-world problems. People with doctorates in these disciplines are particularly encouraged to apply; philosophy, cognitive psychology, informal logic, reasoning, and computer science (particularly AI/ML and human-machine teaming).Ìý

Researchers seeking to reply to this topic should seek to advance knowledge of prion or prion-like, and/or amyloid proteins beyond the well-studied disease descriptions known today.Ìý

The program seeks proposals focused on improving our understanding of quantum biology with a specific focus on developing the tools and methods for studying quantum biology in living systems, especially at a molecular, atomic or sub-atomic scale.Ìý

Cheminformatics is a relatively new field of science that brings together chemistry, computer science, and data analysis. By harnessing the power of advanced analytical tools, such as AI and machine learning, cheminformatics enables researchers to predict molecular properties, design new compounds, and characterize those compounds in new and insightful ways.Ìý
