OPA Seeks Postdoc Feedback via Climate Survey
All postdoctoral associates and postdoctoral fellows should have received an email on September 19 around 1:20pm to complete a climate survey. Please take 15 minutes to complete this important survey!
This survey addresses the social and professional environment for postdocs at CU ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ, and includes questions about community, culture and safety, as well as career development, job satisfaction and programming. The results will be used by campus leadership to improve the CU ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ postdoc experience. All answers are confidential.
Completion by October 8 will enter you in a drawing to receive one of four $250 Visa gift cards.
As a result of the previous survey, OPA implemented five-year term limit guidelines, increased programming around non-academic jobs and launched a peer mentoring program.
