Welcome to the Presidents Leadership Class!
PLC is an interdisciplinary, 4-year leadership program that offers an immersive approach to leadership development. Rigorous programming, both academic and experiential, are pursued by a diverse, driven community of undergraduates.
PLC students practice and develop their leadership ability. They find growth and resilience through rigorous programming, and build a lifelong network of peers and mentors from their like-driven community.
PLC students thrive when given a healthy challenge, acknowledge and welcome growth in discomfort, discover and display confidence without arrogance, experience actualization, and perpetually seek inspiration.

Fellow of the American Physical Society (APS)
Joe Pesce has been named a Fellow of the American Physical Society for exceptional contributions to the fundamental understanding of supermassive black holes and AGN and scientific outreach and education, and leadership in, and service to, astrophysics.Each year, no more than one-half of one percent of the Society membership is recognized by their peers for election to Fellow of the American Physical Society. This year, 149 Fellows were selected and recognized for their contributions to science.

Dr. Dickerson is now a practicing Neurologist in Greenwood Village, CO. She was previously a Fellow at the Vascular Neurology at Barrow Neurological Institute in Arizona, where she specialized in caring for stroke patients. She credits PLC for the professional skills she continues to hone as a doctor.

Cynthia鈥檚 roles expand into her family life. She is wife to her civil engineer husband, Josh, and together they have a daughter, Hazel. Cynthia also loves to cook, create recipes, get on the slopes, travel internationally, and dabble in African dance and improvisational comedy.
Romain Sepehr Vakilitabar is the founder of Pathos Labs, a non-profit laboratory focused on finding ways that technology and media can most effectively dismantle hatred, and create understanding and compassion across lines of difference. One such project that Pathos Labs has created is PopShift, a convening of the country's leading experts and Hollywood's leading television writers to determine how entertainment programming can establish new social norms of tolerance over hatred and unity over division. He is a first-generation American, Middle Eastern, and a proud brother and friend.
