Why they submitted this recipe: This recipe is such a delicious comfort food and always feels like a warm hug! My entire family loves it so much and there are never any leftovers. It is one of the top five meals Will always wants me to make for him when he comes home. It is actually one of the first new meals I learned to make after he was born and we have been enjoying it ever since.

Ingredients
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 10 slices Swiss cheese (as desired)
- 2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix (or make your own with bread crumbs and seasonings)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (if available)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Use Avocado oil spray (or olive oil) to grease a 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish
- Arrange chicken in baking dish evenly
- Top chicken with Swiss cheese slices
- Combine cream of chicken soup and milk in small bowl and stir well
- Spoon soup mixture over chicken
- Sprinkle stuffing over soup mixture (can adjust amount to desired taste)
- Drizzle butter or margarine over crumbs.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over top
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Take foil off and cook for 10 more minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
- Enjoy with family and/or friends!
