Why they submitted this recipe:This recipe is our classic Sundays at home Brunch, instead of waking up to pancakes my family and their friends will enjoy this savory brunch. Even now when I visit my daughter, I cook this dish for her and her roommates.

Ingredients
For the green salsa:
- 10 green tomatillos
- 2 serrano peppers (optional)
- 3/4 of a large onion
- 2 garlic cloves salt Goya Sazon
For serving:
- 1 shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 big bag of corn chips, sour cream, chopped onion, grated cheese (Cotija, Pepper Jack, Mexican Blend)
Directions
- Blend the green tomatillos, the onion and the garlic. If you want it be a bit spice also add the serrano peppers.
- Once everything is blended, cook the sauce with a bit of oil and let change color to a deep dark green, and this is the right time to season with salt and Goya Sazon, try not to put too much salt, because the corn tortillas already have salt.
- You can add the chicken to the sauce, so all the flavors can be incorporated.
- For serving: Place the corn chip on a plate and add the sauce with the chicken, top it off with a bit of sour cream, cheese.
- You can add the chopped onion and some avocado slices.
