The MCEN department is considering modifications to the PhD preliminary exam process to ensure it effectively supports and evaluates the learning objectives of the ME PhD program. Your input will help the graduate committee understand faculty/staff experiences and perspectives regarding the exam format, purpose, and outcomes.

The department is seeking nominations for this semester's "Outstanding MS Mechanical Engineering Student" award. This initiative aims to recognize exceptional contributions of our MS ME students in their academic and research endeavors, funded by the Joel Johnson/LaPlante Graduate Fellowship. The deadline to submit nominations is Thursday, April 10 at 5 p.m. MT.
