MechE department flyer for undergrad town hall

The ME department is hosting an Undergraduate Town Hall today at DLC 1B70 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The meeting is designed to support undergraduate students and give them an opportunity to voice their concerns and ideas. Pizza will be provided. Please help spread the word to undergraduate students by sharing the RSVP link. If undergraduate students are interested but cannot attend, they can to post their questions and comments on the padlet.

Flyer for 2025 Rose M. Litman Memorial Lecture

Astronaut Serena Auñón-Chancellor is coming to the Chancellor's Hall Auditorium at the Center for Academic Success & Engagement (CASE) to give a free lecture on the future of medicine and space. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and there will be a reception following the lecture. Register to attend using the link above. This application form is for faculty advisors of currently enrolled mechanical engineering graduate students to request departmental support during the summer 2025 semester. ��The deadline for completing this application request is Friday, February 28, 2025, and decisions will be communicated to faculty by Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

The Mechanical Engineering Excellence Fund landing page is live through March 6 and all proceeds come back to the department. If you would like to promote the fundraiser to your individual network, click on the "" tab and register to share on social media.

Students pursuing a mechanical engineering MS degree (BAM included) are encouraged to apply for the MS Support Award. The award is designed to give MS students support paying for travel to a conference or a similar professional development event. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 21. Requesting Nominations for CEAS graduating undergraduate student awards

Please review the past winners and award criteria using the link above and consider submitting a nomination for a student. There can be winners for multiple awards and the deadline is March 10. Click to see which undergraduate students are eligible for graduating student awards.��
