Action Items

  • Review Rosters and Payroll Registers.

  • Pay special attention to 9x9 and 9x12 contract amounts; especially, for those faculty that are on leave or sabbatical. These contracts are often disrupted by the mid-year pay rate change and can result in large under or overpayments.
  • If you come across a pay discrepancy that requires a check pull, please notify the HRSC by noon on 1/28/2025.
  • Department cleanup will begin soon. Please notify us of anyone who shouldn’t be terminated by 1/31/2025.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment for any student employees that are graduating and being promoted to temporary staff. As a reminder, per compliance rules, employees should not start working in their temporary position until they have been fully hired and are in the system.
