Gowns, mortarboards, processionals, pomp and circumstance, Oh My! Have you ever wondered about the difference between graduation and commencement, or do you know what a mace, marshal, and presidential chain are? If so, this session is for you. In this session we will demystify academic dress, ceremonies, and traditions. Come learn about academic traditions and regalia that began centuries ago and is still used today. The CU Discover series are virtual sessions designed for new CU ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ employees over the lunch hour (feel free to eat and listen!)Ìý
