Monique McCloud is assistant dean for human resources.ÌýMonique leads the dean's office HR team and provides strategic leadership to employees by identifying and implementing organizational development initiatives. She is responsible for leading and partnering in the design of the college’s learning, employee engagement, and organizational culture strategy as it relates to the more than 250 staff and over 300 faculty across CEAS.
