In 2022, she directed Earth Guardians鈥 Choose Action Now campaign, with 95 actions in 25 countries. The campaign reached 40,000 people on the ground and through social media. Marlow uses strength and heart to lead with emotional intelligence.
In 2020, she self-published a book of poetry, 鈥淟ittle Black Book: A Young Activist鈥檚 Love Story.鈥 She loves climbing, cuddling with her cat, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She attends University College Maastricht in the Netherlands, and plans to pursue her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Psychology and the social studies.听
Pulling from her five years of experience with Earth Guardians, she weaves together the narrative of why every voice matters in creating a more regenerative world. Through Marlow鈥檚 efforts to elevate the voices of her peers, youth leaders across the globe, and after a long, coordinated effort by Earth Guardians Youth Council members to engage in anti-racism work, the organization took a giant leap forward in 2021, evolving from a US based nonprofit organization to a truly international and global NGO. As Youth Director, Marlow helped implement the vision of the Earth Guardians Youth Council and the youth leadership role within the organization.
