Laura Harder is a dedicated cybersecurity leader with over 24 years of experience spanning military service, government, and private sectors. She is the Director of Systems Assurance at Kaiser Permanente and proudly serves as the Operations Flight Commander for the 860th OSS in the Air Force Reserves.

A passionate advocate for cybersecurity awareness and inclusion, Laura is the founding president of the Northern Colorado ISSA chapter and serves on the ISSA International Board. She has delivered 25+ presentations nationwide, including multi-day courses on AI Governance, and speaks frequently on topics like deepfakes, cloud security, and cyber espionage.

Laura is committed to mentoring emerging professionals, championing neurodiversity, and promoting a more inclusive cyber workforce. Whether leading strategic initiatives or engaging with her community, she strives to inspire the next generation of cybersecurity talent.
