The Dean’s Leadership Fellows Program was created in 2018 to provide opportunities for growth for top students at Leeds. It is a selective enrichment program for high-achieving students where the students work closely with the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs at Leeds.Ìý
The Dean’s Leadership Fellows cohort takes classes together in their first two years at Leeds. This four-year community engagement allows students to maintain their affiliation throughout their time within the Leeds School. In doing so, students stay connected to their cohort and the Associate Dean through unique opportunities for personal development and professional growth.
